This 5.5×8.5 invoice is to be used inside a register machine that holds half-page forms. This particular general sales invoice includes customer order number, date, name, address and phone number all in one easy to read section. Below the customer information is where you record who sold the products or services and payment types. Payment types include cash, C.O.D., charge, on account, mdse. retd and paid out.
