Form Requirements for Contractors in the State of Texas

TX-Contractor-Form-Head-ImgAre you a licensed contractor in the State of Texas? If so, you need to provide important information on all of your business forms whether they are proposals, invoices or written contracts.

Contractor’s Information

In addition to adding the professional look to your custom printed forms, the following information is required by the State of Texas.

  • Contractor’s name
  • Address
  • Phone Number
  • License Number

We would like to recommend that you also include your logo and website address, if you have one up and running.

Information for The Texas Department of Licensing and Regulations

The State of Texas requires the following verbiage on any proposals, invoices or written contracts for electricians:
