- Charge for daily storage if customer leaves vehicle with shop beyond three working days.
- Disclosure statement.
The Repair Invoice Needs to Include

- Date of when the vehicle was brought in for repair.
- The proposed date that the work will be completed by.
- Section to include vehicle information: year, make, model, odometer reading and license tag number.
- Description of the work conducted.
- Costs for labor, parts and other fees including waste removal.
- Condition of the parts used indicate whether the parts are new, used or rebuilt.
- The guarantee including its terms and conditions.
- Certificate registration number of the auto shop issued by the Department.
